Nathan John Feuerstein, who was born on March 30, 1990 is an American rapper. He has released two EPs under Capitol CMG, "I'm Free" (2012) and [3as well as a self-titled EP in 2014. Mansion, his first major-label album, came out in March of 2015. His second studio album Therapy Session was released on April 22 on the 22nd of April, 2016. It peaked at the number 12 in the US Billboard 200. His albums have earned many awards, including the Gospel Music Association Dove Award Rap/Hip Hop album of the year (Therapy Session). NF gained mainstream recognition with Perception in 2017. The album charted in the United States at number one and was certified Platinum. "Let You Fall" reached number twelve. Billboard Hot 100 and a top ten hit in the world. The sequel, The Search (2019) was a commercial smash. Feuerstein explained that rap was an escape for his family in his early years. He would record songs on his karaoke machine. His raps were recorded using one microphone. Feuerstein independently released Moments the album that was the first of his studio album on November 29, 2010. His debut single, "Alone", came out on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith, songwriter and producer of the song, was included. Xist Music came to Feuerstein’s work in the year 2012. Feuerstein launched his first extended show I'm Free on May 2, 2012 and Profitt was the producer. The tracklist contained nine songs which included "Alone". The EP also included an exclusive version of "Alone" which featured Sean Simmonds. Xist teased that NF was coming out however Feuerstein quit the label due to a dispute. NF production was postponed. NF featured a track, "Only One", featuring Shuree Williams on the label's compilation album, Move Vol 1 On November 4 2013 he dropped the single "Beautiful Addiction". Profitt was heard again on the track along with the vocals of Brady Schmitz and Danielle Swift.
