Abby Elliott
Abby Elliott
(born June 16, 1987) is an American comedian and actress. She was a participant
on Saturday Night Live from 2008 until 2012 and has since played on the Bravo
comedy Odd Mom Out and the NBC sitcom Indebted. She is the daughter of
actor/comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was the older of two children and was
born in New York City. She is the child of Paula Niedert, a talent manager as
well as Chris Elliott (actor/comedian). Her father was Bob Elliott (radio
comedian). Her younger sister is an actress Bridey Elliott. They both were born
in Wilton, Connecticut. She was a student at Immaculate High School Danbury
where she performed in musicals as well as school plays. She graduated from
Immaculate High School, Connecticut in 2005. But, she was kicked out of
Marymount Manhattan College during her first semester. In 2010, Elliott was in
a relationship with Fred Armisen a Saturday Night Live cast member. The couple
split in September 2011. Elliott was married to Bill Kennedy, a TV writer, on
September 3 of 2016. Edith Pepper Kennedy was born to the couple. Elliott began
his comedy training at The Groundlings. He then began training to perform in
comedy sketches at Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles.
